I could have waited for several days for A and A to make a house call ( which was a week and a half sooner than anyone else). But Over the phone, Robert the owner was thorough and detailed with questions which helped me diagnose the issue. I was able to drive to his shop, pick up the part and have it fixed in no time. I wouldn't hesitate recommending his business. I will never go anywhere else for parts or appliance repair and keep the business close to home. Nothing but gratitude and satisfaction.
