  Most horrible experience I have ever had with a business!!! They said we will fix it "just like new” I got it back and it was still cracked I called them to complain about what happened they said "bring it bake and we will fix it free of charge” They then proceeded to call my child and yell at him and tell him he is a liar and really upset him I mean really who yells at a child! I called to see why they would do this and was told if I gave them $200 more dollars they would finish fixing it.

  I've purchased 3 custom computers from this shop in the last 10 years or so, and I've also made numerous calls to them along the lines of...what do you guys think the problem may be? They are most always able to give suggestions and more than once have told me how to upgrade hardware myself. One time I had a computer issue they couldn't resolve and I did end up buying a new computer...afterward it appears some of my peripherals were creating problems with an older motherboard. Anyway, they didn't even charge me for their last attempt to solve the mystery because they still weren't able to. I have recommended them and will continue to - more importantly, when I've got the money for my next computer I will go see what they've got to offer first.
